Company is looking for a seasoned business development person who would report directly to the President.  No relocations.  

Needs: They are looking for someone with an engineering degree (mechanical
preferred) and an MBA (from a good school) interspersed with some marketing and sales knowledge and backed by some experience (say 15 years).  We need a very well rounded business person with all of these facets in their skill set. Must look and act with executive presence, need high energy and willingness to travel probably around 30-40% (including international).  

This is a strong manufacturing company with an international presence.  A great career opportunity for a sharp business person.


Bottom Line

1.  Engineering Degree (Mechanical Preferred).
2.  MBA from a good school.
3.  12 + years of marketing or sales experience.
4.  High level sales or marketing experience and an executive presence.  
5.  Currently in southern California and willing to travel up to 40% including international.
