Geotechnical Services firm with strong presence throughout the state of Florida is currently seeking a CTQP Engineering Technician for their Orlando office location. They are a full-service engineering consulting firm specializing in geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, material testing, and building inspections. Their clients include contractors, developers, owners, engineers, architects, state and local governments, school boards, departments of transportation, universities, banks, and realtors.

The position will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Performing various materials testing procedures in the field, Density Log Book Entry keeping and LIMS entry.  Creating detailed reports of all testing performed.

The hours for this position will vary. Most construction operations are performed on weekdays between 5am and 5pm however some night and weekend work should be anticipated.

Candidate must possess:

.    CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection 1
.    CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection 2
.    CTQP - Concrete Field Technician, Level I
.    ACI - Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I
.    ACI - Aggregate Field Testing Technician
.    Nuclear Radiation Safety Training


Previous experience performing materials testing services.
Nuclear gauge safety certification, CTQP Earthwork , ACI Field Testing Technician certification and Asphalt Paving and/or Plant certifications .
